4. Regulated activity

Lokat operates a matching platform connecting property owners and tenants for residential properties located in Senegal. Property management activity in Senegal is governed by Decree No. 83-423 of April 26, 1983 and requires a Carte Professionnelle issued by the Ministry of Commerce.

Lokat operates in partnership with a Senegalese real estate firm holding the Carte Professionnelle ({{CARTE_PRO_PARTNER}}, n° {{CARTE_PRO_NUMBER}}). Partner announcement coming soon.

5. Intellectual property

All content of the Lokat website (text, images, logos, the "Lokat" trademark, source code, editorial structure) is the exclusive property of {{COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME}} or its rightful owners, except where otherwise indicated.
